No, it really isn’t.
Because he’s having to use his entire core strength to plant that foot against the wall and keep his body stable. To rest your feet on a bed or a chair would undermine the whole purpose of the exercise.

i’m just 14, and I’ve been workout out since November. I was sick and tired of being the wimpy kid in the school. It’s been ,what, like 5 months? I’ve definately seen results but not enough for so much time. It’s probably because of my current testosterone levels. I hope this workout will help me out.
