@limeysweetdog Yes it did…when I first started working out many many years ago this was a routine I would do. The first step one must do is burn the fat off the stomach by do cardio, eating less, and eating correctly. Once you’ve burned the fat then you should proceed into doing stomach exercises. If you change your diet and do cardio it will burn the fat pretty quick as long as you stay consistant. Eating less can be done by drinking a glass of water before eating.
i have a question, did this routine work for you, cause some people are saying that crunches only builds muscle under fat, and im totally confusedd :$
