    Could you tell us some meals to prep and give some meal examples. Im 20 and I don’t buy the groceries in my house so my diet is the most difficult thing. My moms always buying unhealthy things and I have a very limited selection of healthy foods.

    Just wondering about some cheap and easy meals that are still healthy.
