Shouldn’t the front knee be above the heel to protect the knee (not over the toes)!

I’ll bet that’s much harder to do for beginners,but looks easy for the advanced athletics! Is it better to train without the knee band,or will the knee band help strengthen the knee too?

How do I count these? My work out calls for 6 sets of 8-12. Does that mean 8-12 total or 8-12 with each leg?

Try not to stretch out as far, make sure your back knee touches the ground and make sure your back calf is at a 90 degree angle when you touch the ground, it works much better (our football coach makes us do 1/4 mile lunges down the road every tues and thurs.)
