Don’t be discouraged just because you have extra “baggage”. Anyone can do it if they have the motivation and the will.

You can`t burn fat from a specific region of your body by doing a specific exercise.
You can get rid of calories by doing exercises, therefore it will burn a part of your whole body fat, but it is impossibile to burn fat from only a certain part of your body.
You can only train muscels of specific areas.

I have Juvenille arthritis in my knee, so I have to do this exercise to lower the tension in my knees, with enough practice you should be able to straighten your leg while you do this.
Great video. I do these with floor sweepers, but I don’t have the “nice” six pack.

but this exercice is danger for your Column for the ilipsoas muscle. for the tension.
Its a great way to develop strength in that area but your only working one small muscle group… To really burn fat from your stomach you gotta combine moves in this video with other full body exericises… Thats how you’ll get the most fat burning.

To make them a bit more difficult you can add ankle weights or hold a medicine ball between your knees. This is better than just doing more and more reps as you get stronger in this area

if u want top or middle just do 200 non stop sit ups all the way up and it shud hurt like hell the net day
how many times do i have to do this workout and for how long?
i am 14 years old is it wise for me to do these more than 3 times a week?
